I appreciated the butler service very much. satria, eka, and ricky helped with everything. sutrisna from the restaurant was attentive. the spa provided balinese massages with flower baths. I even fell asleep during the treatment. the other staff members were very nice too. i am very grateful.
the room was okay, but it looked a little old, like it could be updated soon. but that wasn't a big deal.

The grounds feature a jungle path near the river, great for nature walks without leaving the hotel. I saw some guests used it. the main pool has a good view of the forest. the sports and yoga center is very serene.

my excellent forest suite included a king bed and butler service. the room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. the room included a big tin bath that had great outdoor views. it had an outdoor shower too.

the restaurant offers a great breakfast. i saw many items there, fruit, pancakes, waffles, croissants, and indonesian dishes. happy hour is available on the deck, with live music in the evenings. they offer a cocktail happy hour and nightly entertainment.

the hotel is close to the town center but is in the jungle. a free shuttle goes into town. a taxi ride to the town costs about £2/3. i took advantage of the shuttle.

serene escape amidst nature's embrace
genuine warmth complete privacy vibrant flowers
The staff greeted us with such warmth and sincerity. it reminded me of we were returning home after a long journey. our villa was well-kept and offered complete privacy. the grounds were beautifully landscaped. I especially loved the vibrant flowers.
the spa treatments, while relaxing, felt overpriced when compared to similar offerings nearby. i expected more value for the price i paid. the massage itself was fine, but the overall cost was a bit steep.

our villa had a king-size bed, separate sitting area, and a private balcony overlooking the lush valley. two plush bathrobes were provided, and the bathroom included both a soaking tub and a separate rainfall shower. fresh flowers were delivered daily.

The butler service was attentive and readily available. staff members throughout the resort addressed us by name. the turn-down service included complimentary treats.

the resort features multiple swimming pools, a yoga pavilion, and a fully equipped gym. i noticed three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and various weight-training machines in the gym. complimentary yoga classes were offered each morning.

breakfast included a wide selection of international and local dishes. the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating with panoramic views. the breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). a romantic dinner by the river was a special experience.

the resort is located away from the main tourist area, which provides a restful place. a free shuttle service runs regularly to the nearby town. rice paddies and traditional villages surround the hotel.
